1. Longevity

Longevity is known as lifespan, or how long you will live. There is well documented evidence that suggests VO2 max and strength are the strongest predictor of lifespan.

2. Durabilityi

Durability is not essential component of living longer but it is essential for maintaining pain free function late into life.

2. Durability

Athletes that are durable have a well organized neuro-biomechanical system and a flexible metabolism.

Durability is not an essential components of living longer but it is essential for maintaining pain free function late into life, also know as health span. Durability consists of neuro biomechanical stability, and metabolic flexibility.

Instability is connected to preventable injuries. Monitoring imbalances of the neuro-biomechanical system helps an individual know whether their routine is leading them to be injury resistant or "stable".

Metabolic inflexibility is connected to many chronic illnesses. Monitoring fuel utilization of the metabolism helps and individual know if they are able to burn both fat and carbohydrates for fuel, i.e. being metabolically flexible and therefore resistant to chronic illness.

3. Sustainable enjoyment of lifei

Monitoring certain psychometric questionnaires can provide useful insights on your tendencies and better monitor personal growth.

3. Sustainable enjoyment of life

Living a long and physically fit life is not necessarily desirable if you are miserable or suffering from mental illness.

Understanding the prerequisites of mental illness is extremely complex, it incorporates biological, psychological and social influences that are not always quantifiable. Monitoring certain psychometric questionnaires however, can often provide useful insights on how your behaviour or tendencies can predispose you to unnecessary suffering.
